Shikhar Dhawan is an accomplished Indian cricketer known for his exceptional batting skills. 

He was born on December 5, 1985, in Delhi, India. 

Dhawan is a left-handed opening batsman who has represented India in all three formats of cricket - Test, One Day International (ODI), and Twenty20 International (T20I). 

He made his debut for the Indian national team in October 2010 in an ODI against Australia. 

Dhawan is popularly known as "Gabbar" among his fans, a nickname he earned due to his striking resemblance to the iconic Bollywood character.

One of his career highlights includes scoring the fastest century by a debutant in Test cricket for India against Australia in 2013.

He has been a vital part of the Indian Premier League (IPL) and has played for various franchises, including Delhi Capitals and Sunrisers Hyderabad.
